Repatriation Expo 2026

Effective 13 April 2026

  • Attendee Cancellation: Refunds will be issued up to 60 days before the first event date, less a 10% administrative fee.
  • Registrations are limited to two people per registration. Additional delegates added to the same registration will be charged at US$200 per person.
  • Organizer Cancellation: If the hosts cancels for any reasons a full refund or credit for a future event will be offered. Atlantic Bridge and CaSPR are not responsible for refunding or reimbursing any costs other than registration fees.
  • It is the attendee's responsibility to arrange their own personal travel or health insurance. Atlantic Bridge and CaSPR are not responsible for health and safety of attendees.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlantic Bridge (AB) and CaSPR will not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or related to your registration for, attendance at, or participation in the Expo. This includes, but is not limited to: (a) your participation in the Expo, (b) the actions or omissions of third parties, (c) these Terms and Conditions, (d) the content presented at the Expo, (e) termination of your right to attend, (f) cancellation of the Expo, (g) any accident, illness, or health issue, or (h) any other matter connected to the Expo.

    AB and CaSPR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, or wrongful death, regardless of the legal theory involved.

    If AB or CaSPR are found liable for any reason, their total liability to you will be limited to the amount of the registration fee you paid for the Expo. You agree that your participation in the Expo is at your own risk, and you waive any right to recover damages beyond this amount.

  • Governing Law and Venue: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or to a Registrant's registration for, attendance at, or participation in the Expo, must be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in Orange County, California. The Registrant irrevocably agrees to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
